Insight: I’ve long been convinced that we are too often focused on being the one with the answer that we don’t allow for space to explore ideas. In meetings, being willing to explore and learn show up as an honest, open-ended question.

This article by Rogelberg offers some great examples of setting an agenda using questions, instead of a list of vague or ambiguous topics.
