The Pipeline | Strength Through Diversity.

Insight: While I always find data around women leaders a compelling read, what really hooked me on this document was the quote by the former Prime Minster of the UK, The Honorable Theresa May. She states, “Whenever data reveals a disparity of outcome between groups, the challenge to those in power should be—explain it or change it. There can be no good explanation for the massive underrepresentation of women at the top of British business, so it must change.”

Wow—just wow! And, of course, it doesn’t apply just to British businesses – the same challenge could be extended to business and governments around the world.
